Bill Bellows

Bill Bellows is a 35+ year specialist in the fields of Quality and Engineering Management. In addition to his roles as an Adjunct Professor, he serves as President of InThinking Services, partnering with clients to facilitate both the understanding and application of the Deming Philosophy and integrating this philosophy within a greater framework of “better thinking about thinking,” a concept known as “InThinking.”

His career includes 26 years of employment with Rocketdyne, the world’s premier liquid rocket engine company, providing leadership for “InThinking.”

Upon retiring from Rocketdyne in 2016, Bill joined The W. Edwards Deming Institute® for 2.5-years as Deputy Director to share his lessons learned within a worldwide Deming community. He earned his BS, MS, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Away from work, Bill serves as a member of the Deming Medal Committee for the American Society of Quality and was a founding member of the editorial board of the Lean Management Journal, as well as co-founder of the In2:InThinking Network.

In an article written for the Lean Management Journal, Dr. Bellows quotes Dr. Deming:

Cassandra Contreras

Cass Contreras is a Leader and Executive Consultant who works with Janitorial and Sanitation Supply Companies, Building Service Contractors and Educational organizations. Cass specializes in recruiting, training, new business development, and major market expansion. After spending more than two decades in sales and leadership for multimillion dollar organizations, Cass knows that spending time listening to what her clients’ needs are and gaining understanding of their business goals and initiatives is what is required to help provide solutions, so her clients achieve the success they seek. Cass is passionate about green cleaning and the environment and has been a LEED A.P. since 2007. Cass has consistently motivated and led teammates to achieve their highest potential and was awarded Home Depot Pro Sales Leader of the Year in 2018! Cass has over 20 years’ experience working in sales, supply chain, distribution and in technology sales as well. She has won multiple awards for sales excellence include Home Depot’s Circle of Excellence six years in a row. In her capacity as a LEED Accredited Professional, she has assisted on over 20 projects including the LEED for Existing Buildings Platinum Aventine project in La Jolla, CA. Cass holds a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Mary Denney

Mary Denney is the Environmental Services Manager for Pacific Lutheran University located just outside of Tacoma, Washington. She manages a Team of 38 individuals who together maintain both Custodial and Waste Diversion operations for the PLU campus. She has been with PLU for almost 14 years and manager of the Department for about 5.5 years. Prior to that, she was with a Commercial Cleaning company starting as a custodian and working up to a Lead position. Since becoming the Manager, she has become very involved in ISSA, IEHA and the Cleaning Management Institute. She has earned her Custodial Supervisor and Train the Trainer Certifications and has achieved her goal to have her entire custodial Team become Certified Custodial Technicians through CMI.

George Jackson

George Jackson has spent more than two decades in the cleaning industry, specializing in sales and service of professional tools used in the field. He started his career focused on floor care and later, turned his attention to the equipment and machinery. He has certifications and expertise in propane-powered, electrical, and battery-operated machinery. He has owned several successful businesses and was the founder and developer of a floorcare chemical line. He is currently the co-owner of Advance Cleaning Equipment in Boise, Idaho, which services multiple states in the Northwest. His passion includes staying current with industry trends and sharing that knowledge by teaching and training others in the profession.

Susyn Reeve

Susyn Reeve has 35 years of experience as an Organization Development Consultant, Executive & Leadership Development Coach & Mentor. She is the co-creator of Self-Esteem-Experts.com and a best-selling author. Her books include, Heart Healing: The Power of Forgiveness to Heal a Broken Heart, The Wholehearted Life: Big Changes and Greater Happiness Week by Week and The Inspired Life: Unleashing Your Mind’s Capacity for Joy. Susyn has an M.Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University and a BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
