Biographies

Malcolm Smith

Malcolm Smith is Founder and CEO of Victory Lab / Micro-Clean (VLMC), a TX-based building services firm providing hygiene solutions for environments where health is more important than aesthetics. He pioneered Others Guess. We Test.™ methods, high-performance hygiene and 360 communications through the Victory Lab Clean System and Micro-View Portal™ — a graphically rich high-impact platform to inform customers at-a-glance of the state of their indoor spaces.

VLMC is a Founding Corporate Member of the 501c3 [pending] Indoor Exposure Index (INDEX) and participant in the nonprofit’s Bioload Exposure Metric Index (BEMI), Indoor Air Quality Exposure Index (IAQEI), and Evidence-based Cleaning for Health (EB-CFH) pilots in the Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) and surrounding areas.

Malcolm also works with INDEX’s sister organization, Indoor Health Council, to further VLMC’s interactive staff training in advancing EB-CFH practice based on cognitive research.

Malcolm comes from an entrepreneurial and network engineering background, having started his first successful cleaning venture (MVP – Malcolm’s Vacuum Power) at age 8, founded, operated and sold GrimeGetters LLC commercial cleaning (2013-2018). He is also an Accomplished Network Engineer, former Cisco Dream Team Member, and Graduate of Tulsa Community College with an Associate Degree in Computer Science.

Gregg Ward

Gregg Ward is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership and a best-selling, award-winning author, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience serving global companies, governments, and non-profits. Gregg is on a mission to transform lives and organizations through respect and Respectful LeadershipTM, psychological safety, emotional, social, and cultural Intelligence, and creating Actively Respectful Cultures (ARC’s). Gregg’s latest book, Restoring Respect: a ‘how-to’ guide for supporting the repair of broken work relationships is due for release in February of 2023. Prior to this, his best-selling, award-winning business fable The Respectful Leader: seven ways to influence without intimidation (John Wiley & Sons, 2016) was awarded “Best Book of the Month” by Amazon and instantly became a best-seller. In 2018, the book won a Gold Medal in the prestigious Axiom Business Book Awards competition. Gregg’s articles have appeared in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and the San Diego Union Tribune among many others.
