1,2,3 – Problem Solved
Physicist Richard Feynman used a simple method for solving problems per scientist Murray Gell-Mann:
1. Write down the problem.
2. Think very hard.
3. Write down the answer.
In the cleaning context, the problem is unhealthy living, learning and working spaces, related or unrelated to cleaning.
Thinking tells us solving the problem means removing its causes.
The Answer: Remove what’s unhealthy, even if it is called a “cleaning solution.”
